Good Points
No good points whatsoever. They should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers.
Bad Points
They say that they have won awards for customer service, what a joke!!!! I was in the travel business for years and never ever would I treat customers the way they do. In my experience the majority of the staff I dealt with were rude, unhelpful and I think very poorly trained.
General Comments
Only use this company if you have the patience of a saint and can guarantee that you wont need to make any changes to your booking.
They are the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. Phone calls often take ages to be answered. Could that be because people are unhappy with the service they have received once booked.
