Great value if it would work. Calls to Thailand just ring and ring which means you are charged a connection charge. Also, when you do hear your party, they can not hear you so another wasted call and monies. On 8 unconnected calls, Penny talk would only credit back 2 charges. On 7 Sept. 2010, I was advised that their technical department has been working on the problem for two week. Calls to Thailand and China are not working but I was not told that when I called a week ago. I am now a former customer.
