General Comments
Surprised to hear that others had problems with bookings - I have recently taken a group of 13 over to Kefalonia; it started as a group of six so you can imagine how many alterations there have been... not to mention upgrading seats, luggage etc!!! I have to say that I did not contact them by telephone - all were entered through the 'Manage your Booking' section on site. All queries were dealt with immediately and efficiently. They offer fantastic value on flights and I have recommended to friends.
