Bad Points
I logged a request to change 2 names in my booking, which seems like a very simple request to me. It's now 18 days later, and still no success. I have made 5 phone calls, and been promised immediate action, call backs, referring to supervisor. Still nothing. I find it simply unbelievable. I will never ever use this company again, or recommend this company.
