Good Points
I visited the Kingston branch of Berketex Bride over the weekend, and I found them to be exceptionally helpful! The shop was very busy, yet the staff had time to help me. I spent my appointment with a lovely assistant, who fitted me into several beautiful gowns - and I think I've found the one! I cannot wait until my second appointment with my mum in a couple of weeks time!

Bad Points
None - store staff friendly, store nicely laid out, gowns were beautiful - all good!

General Comments
Compared to a couple of other local boutiques - whom I found to be very pushy - Berkertex were great! One local store was really rude - I told her 3 times that I wasn't going to buy until my mum had seen the dress, but she kept asking if she could write the contract up!! Don't go to small stores - go to Berkertex Bride!
