very impressed with both the website and the service, product was all that i thought it should be and the site made purchasing and tracking very easy , the shooting bag is very stable and will not move about at all thus giving the accuarcy that is required for long shots , load testing etc , this stability comes at the cost of quite a heavy large bag which makes it not as portable as i need for certain applications, hoiwever a smaller bag could be purchased for these use,s. overall really pleased with the product and the service
