Beware..........there website is a nightmare. It's impossible to select and it keeps throwing you out. If you change any details at all, despite looking as if they've changed may not have as you have to selct confirm so what you see on the screen might not be what you have actually selected....woeful...
It also asks you in so many different ways if you require add on's such insurance/choice of seating etc. it is designed to confuse so that you will make a mistake and select and pay for a service that you do not require - and if you do beware.....you can't contact anybody either by phone or email - you simply get an automated message saying they are busy and will deal with your enquiry within 5 working days - which they don't. I have not travelled yet and am dreading it as I have not been sent confirmation of my intinery yet despite asking for it. In addition I have no idea how I to use/claim the bus tickets that I have paid within my booking to get to the airport.
I dread to think what's to come, if their website and after sales customer care are anything to go by it will be pityful. My flight was not cheap and I would have exected better customer service considering what I paid - I would not recommend using them unless their flights were £1 as this is all they are worth if you have any problems - One totally disgruntled customer
