I can't even get the alarm installed and the company has no website or phone number (that I can find)

General Comments
I've been installing car alarms for 10 years and I can't seem to get the auto start to work with this Carvox CX-990 aka Radiostar King Eagle. The directions are wrong and I can't find a way to get in touch with the company. Does anyone have any suggestions?
