Overall flight was ok, they have made a couple of changes to our flight to UK and back which cause lots of problem as all the changes either arrive really early hours of the day or not enough time to board the connecting flight so we have the extra cost of accomodations which amount to 3days and thats $300+ so if you get a real bargin then it ok otherwise pay a little more go with non budget airline. I have a second bad experience with them on another flight as this time I made a little error with booking for the whole family, because of the heavy traffic when there is a promotion webpage sometimes expire very quickly if you are not a fast typist,so on this occasion I accidently book my own with the wrong time as the rest of my family, ah ha! this is where the customer service is really really bad, like the others said you can never get hold of them waited for nearly 4hrs to answer the phone, afterall this effort they don't care even if it was a genuine mistake I have to purchase new ticket..Don't bother ringing if this happen to you.
