Well I don't know where to start 12 flights and 9 balls up.Flights cancelled and flights delayed. I had insurance but Air Asia owns the company. Tried to get a refund but I am still waiting.Apparently they changed insurance companies and they asked me to get a written letter from Air Asia explaining why the flights had been cancelled or delayed. Guess what I am still waiting on their reply, the crew is very nice, the food is terrible but when it comes to email, contact, pigs may fly. Spent another 100 bucks with another airline and you will be better off. One day people will wake up and never fly with this airline again.
