Congratulations Air Asia. My opinion is that you have revolutionised international air travel. You have minimised all the unecessaries. Your competitors must hate you. Are they the ones writing the poor reviews? My wife and I look forward to travelling with you again to Dubai in March. Your call centre can be a bit slow but just try Qantas, Thai, Malaysian - unfortunately, they are worse. The four aircraft we travelled on were immaculate - probably new. I have already recommended you to my friends and relatives. Well done - keep up the good work.
