Cheap and low class customer service.
General Comments
As some other customers mentioned before, I was 5 minutes late because of the traffic jam in Penang. The checked in Time is 45 mins before departure and with just 5 mins late, they refused my checked in. I found Air Asia customer service is very rude and they seemed they did not want to answer my question.
