this is the second time at this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it again.most of the staff are the same and love us brits to bits. there are a couple of bad points the animation team are very good but are governed by hotel management on what shows to put on, to that effect it was exactly the same as last year.food was lovely something for everyone i think.the rooms need a good overall tidy up ours had 2 sockets hanging out of the wall which should have been fixed before we went in however it was fixed about 10 minutes after reporting it.you get the usual pool pests walking round touting for business but they soon stop bothering you if you ignore them.all in all a very clean hotel with some wicked staff.thanks to mo and mahdy (bellboys),mo (cleaner)and all the waiters for my birthday cake and song/dance in the packed dining room.yes i will return to this hotel but going to sharks bay next year for a change.....lastly when you come home carry a sweater cos them tight gits on the aircraft put the aircon on really cold on purpose for a night flight then go round with blankets for a fiver lots of people complained but to no avail,this has happened 2 years in a row now
