Pump It Up! The Ultimate Dance Workout is a very long workout and it takes a few tries to learn the steps so you can keep up with the dancers.
General Comments
If you are willing to take the time to do it regularly, Pump It Up! The Ultimate Dance Workout will strengthen your entire body and increase your stamina and flexibility.
And it's a whole lot of fun, even if you're like me and can't dance to save your life, the moves are simple and invigorating. I recommend it to anyone.
