I actually picked my pair up in a charity shop ten years ago for £10.00. needed a little tlc so I opened upthe grilles and recovered them. Also built some dedicated stands that I filled with sand to add extra weight.I also gave the cabinets the sandpaper treatment and then waxed them. I use them upstairs as my second system in conjunction with an old Naim pre amp power amp combo. The result is stunning a curtain of sound hangs in the room- beautiful bass resonance and so much detail at the higher end. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who has the space and is lucky enough to be able to get their hands on a pair.
