None.

Bad Points
Very soft surface, very easy to scuff and scratch.

General Comments
I moved to a new house last year and used Crown satinwood one-coat paint - I wish I hadn't. The coating is VERY soft, all the skirting boards and window-sills are covered in scuff marks and scratches. I only painted it 9 months ago and it already looks like we've been in the house for years.
