Good Points
Never had a problem with it, it does about 70mpg, great around town (and it can park sideways).
Bad Points
As others have pointed out if you have one on contract hire you have to use a Mercedes garage (which can be expensive). They wanted £80 to change the headlight bulb because you have to take the front panel off to do it! The last service cost £360 with no problems.
General Comments
The Smart ForTwo Passion is a very good car, simple spacious driving space and we find, although it has a small space in the boot area, we actually don't do many things that require much more space - I have actually had my golf clubs in it before!
We had the cruise control put in our Passion, and I think its great. Not a comfortable car compared to my Rover 75, but lots of fun. We went away for 4 days in this car, and one time we found a couple who had manged to go camping for a week with all the equipment and a Rottweiller in the front (I wouldn't have done that myself!). There is more room in the boot of these than an old Mini Cooper.
