Hi, I'm Sharon . Doing a degree course , have been with ICS for the past 3 years and am a 100% , and I mean no less than a 100% satisfied with their service. The mentors are absolutely supportive and are there for you at all times! They respond to emails instantly and resolve any possible issue or concern with no delay. The mentor team often advise as regards writing skills and time management etc. When the mentors are aware that I'm concerened about anything , they phone me to discuss the matter and always come up with the best advices and solutions. The tutors are supportive snd gave some constructive feedback that will go with me for the rest of my academic engagements.
