“I am so angry. ”

I am so angry.



This company has just helped itself to my credit card, which I am unable to delete ( except by calling a premium rate number).I called the number that took 15 minutes to find on their support website only to be spoken to by a chap who really did not care at all. It seemed as if I was bothereing him that I had the audacity to call



This is surely theft as they will not refund my card.



I did not want domains being renewed and tried to "untick" several times.



They still charged the card. I got back to them asap to cancel but they have simply refused to listen.



Where is the 14 day cooling off period I thought this was law if you bought online.
