“I put it on after a bath, all over my body and waited...”

I put it on after a bath, all over my body and waited for about an hour before putting clothes back on, as I know it can go streaky, it didn't feel very absorbed but I thought an hour was long enough. The next morning I woke up with streaky arms and legs, so I used it that night after a bath, but waited 2 hours and used a hair dryer, it still didn't feel fully absorbed, but I still turned out blotchy in the morning, I wouldn't recommend this product.
