Very poor customer service. I live in Greece and and paid for euro priority business delivery on 16th April 2010 It is now 17th May 2010 and I am still waiting on delivery. The parcel was sent to Germany in error, then re-addressed and sent to Greece. After several emails to the company, I finally received an email advising me to contact the courier. The contact number that I was given was incorrect. I advised SportsHQ of the problem but received no response until 11th May. I contacted the courier who advised that the package had been sent back to UK. I called SportsHQ who advised that they would have the package sent back. To date, I have received no communication from Sportshq and the courier tracking is not being updated.
Looks like I will have to take the legal route to recover this.
