I've actually been with then for approx 5 years and haven't had any trouble! Quite the opposite, when money was taken for something I hadn't authorised, it was refunded immediately. It turned out I had authorised it with automatic payment, but they told me how to turn that feature off so it wouldn't happen again. On another occasion I had trouble uploading a new website as I was a file missing (which I didn't realise at the time!) Anyway, I couldn't find a phone number, but emailed them and got a reply every time over a period of several days until it was all resolved.
