I'm not entirely sure why there are so many negative reviews about 123-Reg. I had built a website externally using Dreamweaver, and just needed a place to host the site and get a domain name. 123 Reg gave me a very good price for a .co.uk domain name and very cheap hosting (I only needed a low bandwidth option). There have never been any problems with the service, the website has never been offline for any reason, and I'm always able to access my site without an issue. As for customer service, I've not had to phone the company at any point, but I have used the sites help and support forum. There are lots of helpful tips to get you on the right track, and if I ever hit a wall there was always someone there to help me.
