Ordered a car seat for my 3yr old daughter. Was told it would take 7-10 days for delivery, almost 6wks on we still dont have it. Phoning gets you nowhere, keep being told it'll be here next week or they didnt put it on the van etc. Despite instantly taking our money have heard nothing from them - not 1 phone call from them to say there's a delay. Phoned again this morning was told the same thing it'll arrive next week, staff can't even bring themselves to apologise for the delay. They dont care really! Next step i'm sure will end in a refund and no car seat. Will need to start again somewhere else. Will not use again. Am furious!
