Bad Points
Can't organise playlists in the order I want them. Features are very basic.
General Comments
I was told when I bought this Packard Bell Audiokey 512 that I could organise music to play in the order that I want it. I am using Windows Media Player 10 to synchronise music to the device, however when it comes to playback, I find that the order of play has been scrambled and there is no way to fix this on the device. Many hours messing about with MP10 has also failed to find a solution. The result is that I am not even sure if the problem is caused by MP10 (doubtful as it synchronises in the correct order), or if it is a problem with the MP3. I suspect the latter, and have researched on the net to no avail. I also sent an email to Packard Bell help and have received no reply. This is extremely annoying, and I am still searching for answers.
