I love Gillian McKeith and her methods. This recipe book is small and packed with many recipes that are different, inspiring, and healthy. The only thing I did not like was there weren't very many few ingredient, simple, quick recipes that are "fall back" recipes. You know, the ones you can always have the ingredients for and whip up quickly on those busy nights. However, if you stick to the recipe book, I suppose you could very easily become accustomed to buying the ingredients for all the yummy recipes and learn how to make them all quickly. I know the first time I make a recipe, it seems to take longer than future times. I'll just stick to it!
