Hmm, where to begin...
As an iOffer account user, both as seller and buyer, and having been stung twice, I would only say this, doing any business online nowadays is tricky, especially dealing with this site.
Try and ask "customer service" a question or for help, you're on your own, unless of course they want money from you.
I have been trying to close my iOffer account, but have not heard a word after several emails over several days.
All I can say is, BE CAREFUL !
In the end it's probably better to purchase from a reputable business, it may cost a little more, but it's worth the extra time and money to get exactly what you want and paid for, without headaches.
