Good Points
the sagem my-5 is easy to use as i found when i got mine 2 weeks ago,its stylish,colourfuland withthe added bonus being able to download hi-fi ringtones u cant go wrong!!
Bad Points
although it is hard to find screensavers and ringtones without a irda

Its a good phone with good extras eg:hi-fi ringtones,but to use ur phone to its full capacity you must search the web!!if u want advice,look at the frence sagem websites as they have sagem downloads in abundence,via ur wap,or if u have bluetooth or a pc cable!!
