The air stewards slept the entire flight and when call buttons were turned on by customers they were promptly turned off and not answered by stewards. When I requested a glass of water the air steward went and had a 10minute conversation with another customer before even heading off to get my water. The plane was terribly hot - it was like the A/C was not working. The plane was old and the entertainment was dated. They weren't even bothered to put another video in with 2.5hrs of flight time left! I have never ever experienced such poor service. I will never fly SriLankna Airlines again.
