DO NOT TOUCH THESE

I have had numerous issues with Next directory over the past couple of months ranging from sending out wrong items, being charged for items and not receiving them and courier leaving an ivory bridesmaid dress in my recycling bin. The most disgusting though has to be when i phoned up and palced an order and asked for it to be delivered to a store due to courier issues and i was told to either have it delivered to my home or f*** off!

I have logged a complaint with the financial pmbudsman who has advised me to seek legal advice regarding this company
