Good Points
Good looking, roomy fridge-freezer reasonably priced.

Bad Points
Fan on fridge faulty but replaced with absolutely no hassle by Samsung.

General Comments
I was informed by Samsung when I rang to query the noise of the fan on my Samsung RS21WCNS that the fault had been broadcast on Watchdog.

They called out the following day to my call to the repair centre and replaced the complete unit.

On top of that Samsung have extended the guarantee to the whole fan unit for 5 years.

All in all excellent service and 5 years protection on fan, absolutely no quibble at all.

Well done Samsung, tops for customer service.
