Good Points
Generally easy to use
Sound quality is excellent

Battery life on mine is poor

General Comments
Overall I'm very happy with the Plantronics M2500 headset because of two main reasons. One, I didn't pay much for it, about £15 a couple of years ago. Two, I don't walk around with it on so I'm not too fussed about its looks. I use it just for the reason that my hands are free when I work from home. I think it looks better than most available today in that its neat and sensible looking. Only complaint I have is that the battery life has been quite poor for me, only seems to last a couple of hours. The charger is on my desk so that's been easy to deal with on most days. Would have been 8/10 but 2 points docked for the battery life.
