Its cheaper than most places if they have the stock you need
No customer toilets, no hope of getting information you need about most products and the staff chew gum which is annoying.
First off there is no point in asking anyone No Frills DIY about anything and no point in disabled people venturing into the shop as its like a major hazard zone.
The staff are vague and seem to walk about in a daze without a clue as to what customers are asking, fact is you may as well be asking in Russian.
