Do not even consider this site, it is utter shambolic. We booked a Friday to Monday break through the Sun's £9.50 holidays. We received a letter from the Sun stating that further luxuries like bed linen were available at extra cost but we wanted to bring our own so ignored the letter. When we arrived at the site on Friday morning we were told that our stay had been canceled because we failed to pay for an OPTIONAL cost. We were spoken to horrifically by untrained customer relations staff and managers. We were even shouted at by a manager. I have never before witnessed such terrible staff. We were then required to pay a further £114 for a caravan which was a disabled caravan. I also think it is wrong that they were willing to rent a disabled caravan to able customers just to make another hundred quid. I would not recommend this park to my worst enemy, it is absolutely atrocious.
