Order placed 27.9.09 with 5 to 6 days delivery. Phoned premium rate number 5.10.09 only to be told not in stock and delivery would be 28.10.09. Cancelled order on 7.10.09 as TV was a present. Only recieved full re-payment 16.11.09 after much phoning and e-mailing. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. Watch out for hefty delivery costs. I dealt with Service Manager. After many excuses he finally resolved matter.
