I now totally recognise why I was fat and why if I am fat in the future it will be my choice. What a wake up call. I lost 5 stone innitially but feel better putting on 7llbs that was 2 years ago. I love that you get results so quickly, of course when you come off the plan the hard work starts but believe me nothing tastes better than being able to walk into a shop and buy a size 12 and know its going to fit. I still go back for a boost every now and again and will continue to do so for ever, but who cares its the easiest diet ever. I can't believe I didn't do it earlier. The lesson learnt is that if you eat too much you get fat.....simple I know but I lied to myself for years. Cheers lighter life
