General Comments
I have owned this machine for over a year and unlike some of the people on this site, I am very impressed. It gets used at least once a week ( I have kids and dogs) and it always does an excellent job. The only time I have been unhappy with it was when I used cheap Vax claening fluid, which was nowhere near as effective as the Bissell fluid. My neighbour has one of the latest vax machines, and his doesn't do the job half as well as mine. I always clean the machine thoroughly after use and it has never let me down.
