Good Points
None apparent, other than it looks like it could do the job.
Bad Points
Switched it on for the first time and a cloud of smoke came out of it. Left a black soot mark on the carpet.
General Comments
Damage caused to carpet, repairs paid for by Bissell. Comet eventually refunded the cost of the machine but after much arguments. I would never have one again.
