General Comments
The Bissell Powerwash Proheat / 1698 Carpet Shampooer must be one of the worst designs for a carpet machine ever produced. It worked great the 1st time I tried it, then never again. It won't spray water, and I have tried everything to rectify this. I have spent days upon days trying to figure out how something so simple can simply not function as it should. I eventually lost my temper and chucked it in the skip. I'll never touch a Bissell product again.
