“Failed to collect item on two consecutive days”

After receiving a postage label, for the package to be uplifted. I was told to expect the pick up, anytime between 8am and 8pm on 29TH November. After waiting in all day, nobody came. I was given the same information, for the next day 30th. Again waited in all day, let down a second time. After contact with another courier company, to collect the package Iwas given a date, 1st December, the item was duly picked up A.M. I would never deal with Hermes courier services again.
