Generally a good site although there are no miracles on there. The Food Diary feature is good but relies on you being honest enough to fill everything in. If you are the type that likes to eat 'anything' as long as you track the calorie content then you will find it helpful. The site logs the amount of fruit/veg that's eaten and also the amount of fat/calories... I can't help but feel it would be useful to track other things - perhaps protein and/or fibre?
The data base of foods is impressive and adding new products is straight forward. The forums are extremely friendly and helpful and the success stories keep you motivated.
Some of the exercises (that you are also encouraged to 'track') are not accurately worked out. For example you can do so many steps in an hour and depending on how you log your workout you will get various calories burnt. Logging the steps done, the time walked and the distance will all produce different results which is a little frustrating.
Fundamently a good site which, with a few tweaks, would be excellent. Good value for money.
