Good Points
It makes me stop and think about what I'm eating and drinking. I've definitely increased my fruit and water intake since I started and I've really cut down on cheese. It is so fatty!
Bad Points
Can take a while to input the information and you can't always find exactly what you need, so it is sometimes not a very accurate record of my diet.
General Comments
It feels very positive. You can keep control by regulary updating your food intake. It makes me go to the gym if I haven't burnt off enough calories during the day!
