I love the food diary as its really helped me see where I'm going wrong with my diet.
Its easy to use and motivating.
I discovered this site after seeing it advertsied in my local paper. Its been developed in conjunction with Nottingham University and it isn't gimmicky like lots of diets I've seen. You start out with the usual personal profile, but then you can eat whatever you like as long as you keep within your weekly targets. Once you get going its really quick and easy to use. I've become quite hooked as it really makes me cut back on the fattening foods I used to eat! 18g of fat in a starbucks latte for example. I think its good for people who don't like slimming clubs and are reasonably self-motivated.
