General Comments
I started Lighter LIfe 2.5 weeks ago and lost so far 1.5stone.
Due to my buisy workscedules, I drive a lot, this diet is brill for me, and after the first 3-4 days which arent easy , I admit, it was a doddle, as everybody started commenting on how better I looked.
With the rate I am loosing weight, I might only need another month before I start the maintanance program.
A lot of people cheat in my group, and wonder why they dont loose as much. I havent cheated once, as I understand the concept of ketosis being a nurse. If you cheat, it will cost you at least a week extra money, as you start ketosis back to square one.As I havent got the extra money, I be dammed if I set myself back a week or more, for the sake of a choc or glas of wine.The dearest bar you ever eat.lol
All i can say is, that its the first diet, which works for me. No agro having to prepare meals or count points. BRILL lol
