I was with Orange pay as you go for 10 yrs and have recently changed onto an Orange contract phone instead. Iv always found there customer service brilliant although the call centre is abroad and can be fustrating if there is a language barrier. When ever i had a problem i discussed (not shouted) at the team and the issues were always resolved and my account credited with £10 free credit as a gesture of good will.
I also found that the opportunity to change your PAYG tariff every 30days brilliant, if i knew i was makin lots of calls i would change to the tariff which offered my the best value for calls and the same for text/internet etc.
