“I've been with orange pay as you go for just 10 days...”

I've been with orange pay as you go for just 10 days and my £10 top up is already gone,I haven't made any calls more then a min and just one 5min call.I have no idea where my top up has gone.Terrible value,think very carefully before getting a pay as you go account.
