Orange PAYG is worst service of any consumer product I've encountered. Difficult to top-up, menuing is bizarre, obscure and unusable, regular customer-service line doesn't answer and charged service wants 25p - even then, the guy put the phone down on me when he realised it was a complaint. Better spend your dosh on a good psychiatrist than pour your dosh into this worthless bottomless pit.
