General Comments
Paid £10 and within 30mins on trying to connect to web it had gone. So I had to put another £5. In view of this put a security code into my iPaq and this resulted in me being required to get a PUK using a Premium phone number to speak to Orange.
I had Orange as ISP but it was better with Wanadoo and Freeserve before them. I left!
No confidence in Orange at all now. Nothing is easy, they don't even know what settings an HP iPaq 6515 uses. I used to be able to receive emails when with Wanadoo, but that all changed with Orange. I have been trying since last November to get emails from SKY to Orange without success. Yesterday I successfully sent and received emails, then all of a sudden nothing. I don't know who's to blame, but Orange connection is not good.
