Good Points
This is a good sparkling white wine that has a tingling taste without being overly sharp and no lingering after taste.

Bad Points
Since there is no lingering after taste and sipping creates a tingling sensation on the tongue, the wine has a tendency to be rapidly consumed.

General Comments
I personally use Ca' De' Medici Lambrusco Bianco wine as a replacement for champaigne when a toast is in order. Excellent as an after dinner wine.
