I found out too late ;that you do not have the right cancel like most company's who give you a 14 days to decide if you want to continue with policy .I was told that if i wish to cancel i would have to pay the full amount of the policy 'plus £50.00 'even though i had not signed any direct debit agreement. then swinton took the money out of my acount without my permission' using my debit card details.I found the customer services unhelpful and quite smug in attitude throwing terms and conditions at me that i did not remember hearing as that part there very quick to rush through on the phone.
